1. In substance
Since the mid-1980s, a man, born on February 11th, 1945 in the French City of Amiens, who is now 79 years old, known under the name of Jean-Michel Trogneux, has been usurping the identity of his youngest sister Brigitte Trogneux, born on April 13th, 1953, in Amiens, missing since 1960, thereby presenting himself as a woman.
For several decades, this man has been in possession of official identity documents, which he uses and which have been supplied to him by public officials who have thus committed criminal forgery.
In September 1992, while working as a Teacher of French at a high school in Amiens, this 47-year-old man, who presented himself as a woman called Brigitte Trogneux, met the young Emmanuel Macron, born in Amiens on December 21st, 1977, and initiated a couple relationship with him, although the latter was only 14 years old at the time.
This constitutes sexual assault and rape of a minor, by an adult in a position of authority, and with more than five years age difference. Neither the public officials nor the other adults informed of this fact will report it to the competent authorities, although they are required to do so according to French Law.
In 2007, Jean-Michel Trogneux officially married Emmanuel Macron, even though marriage between two people of the same gender has only been authorized by French law since 2013. This marriage is therefore illegal, null and void.
Since that date, Jean-Michel Trogneux has presented himself as « Brigitte Trogneux, spouse Macron » and soon after, since 2017, as the President of the French Republic’s wife, which formally constitutes an usurpation of functions punishable by law. He claims to live at the Palais de l'Élysée, 55 rue du faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 PARIS.
In June and September of 2024, Jean-Michel Trogneux had himself be represented by his Council before the 17th Correctional Chamber of the Paris Court of First Instance under the double identity of Jean-Michel Trogneux and Brigitte Macron, in order to obtain damages from the defendants whom he had sued for defamation. This constitutes a deceitful representation to induce a wrongful ruling.
This case of identity fraud, forgery and use of forgery, corruption of a minor, illicit marriage and then usurpation of duties and fraudulent misrepresentation is now known by state authorities in most countries in the world.
This case thus offers several States, whose interest is to do so, with the means and opportunity to blackmail and impose economic and political pressures and demands upon the French State, a situation which seriously undermines the fundamental interests of the French nation and jeopardizes the very lives of its population.
French citizens and voters have been the direct victims of this series of deceptions, crimes and offenses, particularly since 2017, when Mr Emmanuel Macron, whom we will consider to be the victim of Mr Jean-Michel Trogneux's psychological control through abuse of his weakness, was elected President of the French Republic.
The plaintiff bringing the complaint today is a French citizen and voter, and is therefore one of the victims in this case.
This civil party, a member of political and civic organizations, intends to represent all French citizens and voters who consider themselves victims of this deception on the real qualities of a person who ran as a candidate during the presidential elections in 2017 and 2022. (...)
